A person on my field that I admire: Marie Curie, Post 6

Hi everyone, today I will talk about Marie Curie. She was a fantastic woman, scientific, winner of two Nobel Prize and responsible to important legacies in the world of Physics and Chemistry. 

Marie Curie was born in Varsovia (Poland), on November 7, 1877. She was a daughter of Physics's teacher and a singing teacher. Since chilhood was an excelent student with a great capacity concentration. At the age of 24 She emigrated to Paris to develop her scientific career with a very little family support, the next year, She meet her husband,  Pierre Curie, an another vocacional scientific with whom she had two daughters: Irene and Eve. 

Her most important contributions to scientific world consisted in the investigation of Uranium's radioactivity and the discovery of two elements in the periodic table: Polonium and Radium. 

I chose to talk about this woman, because She had to cross a lot of obstacles to devote to the science. In Poland it was forbideen that the women were studying in the University. On the other hand, all her discoveries always were open to scientific community. She is an inspiration to me to study Chemistry, I hope that in a future will be like her.
